This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using Velora Studio's website, client platform and the websites we build for you.

1. Lawful use

You must use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use our services to store, publish or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination; malware or harmful code; or content that violates the privacy or intellectual-property rights of others.

3. Prohibited activities

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the service; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; resell or sublicense the platform without our written permission; or use it to send spam or unsolicited communications.

4. Fair use of support and changes

Support and monthly changes are provided in good faith within the limits of your plan. Excessive or abusive requests, or demands outside the agreed scope, may be declined or quoted separately.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this policy, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of our platform and other clients. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.
